無論是離希思羅機場還是蓋特維克機場門口都有火車線路連接，很多著名景點都可以步行到達，各種交通路線很方便
酒店環境、服務都非常不錯，良好的入住體驗

18年開業的酒店保養的算是非常好的了，早餐可圈可點，整個臥室也很大，是本次旅行中遇到最大面積的。離黑衣修士站走路5分鐘左右（過橋即達）周圍有其他公交、地鐵線，離超市很近。步行到大本鐘15分鐘左右。房間內提供拖鞋，牙刷需要在辦理入住時要一下。
説説不足吧1??在發現給了一層的房間后提出想要換一個樓層，前臺表示一共只有五層、表示換不了（但實際入住期間入住率并不高）2??客房服務速度相對較慢。

服務員超貼心，check in 的時候就會問你想喝什么。而且這次入住還不用等，一去到就可以辦理入住，超好。酒店很乾凈溫馨，隔音超好，美中不足是酒店樓層較低。地理位置優越，樓下有等玫瑰，走十幾分鐘就是博羅市場。

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it.
Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank.
We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location).
Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.
