Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. The area is safe and quiet. Close to borough market. I had to leave hotel early like 6:30 am on one day but breakfast started at 7am and the receptionist Katarina was very kind and she helped us to prepare the breakfast before that. Service is excellent. I love how they have water fountain on the floor so that I can bring the glass bottle to refill.
Also I stayed in 2 queen bedroom as I have 3 people which is very rare in London. I would definitely come back next time.
房间略小，住了近一周，均价五千出头，地理位置还算方便，伦敦眼步行过去大概十来分钟。定的房间不含早餐。四天早餐，一大一小，扣费人民币一千八百多，账单显示三天早餐，一天中餐，不知道怎么记账的。携程显示13岁小童早餐是免费的，看来讯息不太准确。最后一天check out 被扣了400多人民币的费用，没有账单详情，不知道是什么费用？问了酒店没回应！难道是税？我们住的期间门口在修路，没有礼宾没有任何服务，扣费还不明确，这个价格应该还可以有更多的选择，总体不推荐。
