无论是离希思罗机场还是盖特维克机场门口都有火车线路连接，很多着名景点都可以步行到达，各种交通路线很方便
酒店环境、服务都非常不错，良好的入住体验

18年开业的酒店保养的算是非常好的了，早餐可圈可点，整个卧室也很大，是本次旅行中遇到最大面积的。离黑衣修士站走路5分钟左右（过桥即达）周围有其他公交、地铁线，离超市很近。步行到大本钟15分钟左右。房间内提供拖鞋，牙刷需要在办理入住时要一下。
説説不足吧1??在发现给了一层的房间后提出想要换一个楼层，前台表示一共只有五层、表示换不了（但实际入住期间入住率并不高）2??客房服务速度相对较慢。

服务员超贴心，check in 的时候就会问你想喝什么。而且这次入住还不用等，一去到就可以办理入住，超好。酒店很乾净温馨，隔音超好，美中不足是酒店楼层较低。地理位置优越，楼下有等玫瑰，走十几分钟就是博罗市场。

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it.
Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank.
We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location).
Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.
